This 30-minute single session is the first place our paths cross—and the foundation for meaningful change.
Great option for first-time clients new to health coaching. This is also a fantastic option for returning clients who have a specific goal that they’d like to work on and are excited to establish a quick win!

A short, focused reset to help you regain clarity and momentum. Over three sessions, we’ll work on one key area of your wellness—building habits, confidence, and structure through small, intentional changes. Ideal if you’re ready to move forward but want guidance without a long-term commitment.

Best Value - An ongoing coaching experience for deeper support and lasting change.
We’ll start with a health vision session to dial in on what wellness really means to you and how you picture it taking structure in your life. Our subsequent sessions will focus on setting and integrating realistic and adjustable long-term and short-term goals into your daily routine. Our final meeting will serve as a closing session that allows space for reflection and celebration.

Health & wellness coaching is a deeply collaborative partnership in which Emily will gently guide you in co-creating and achieving your own self-determined goals. This process allows you to discover your strengths, overcome barriers, and recognize your own capacity for growth.

Some great examples include (but are not limited to) physical activity, nutrition, stress management, sleep hygiene and emotional well-being. But wellness can go so much deeper. Emily is trained to help with many wellness areas and supports a whole‑health approach for lasting change.

Anyone who is ready to instill positive practices into their life! From those who have a specific goal like losing weight or eating healthier to individuals seeking a long-term vision of overall life balance, management of chronic conditions and/or improved well-being.

Health and wellness coaches are not able to diagnose, treat, prescribe or interpret medical results. However, they are able to work in conjunction with your medical team for a whole-health approach.

Coaching sessions will normally occur on a bi-weekly basis and can take place virtually via the Practice Better platform or in-person from the comfort of your home (if local to Atlanta, GA). For in-person meetings, additional travel fees may apply - please inquire for more details.
