Emily is a certified Health and Wellness Coach trained through Emory University’s science-based program as well as a certified yoga instructor, RYT-200. She is uniquely positioned to bridge evidence-based health coaching with steady mindfulness, creating a holistic and sustainable approach to well-being.

Before entering the wellness space, Emily spent over a decade in the corporate world, where she experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing performance, productivity, and well-being. It was from these experiences that she recognized the importance of a more intentional approach to health and, in turn, was inspired to help others create that same balance. 

She believes a healthy lifestyle is a foundational pillar of a fulfilling life—and while many people aspire to this, she understands that they may feel uncertain about where to begin or how to achieve lasting results. Emily’s coaching philosophy centers on the power of small, consistent wins, recognizing that meaningful change is built gradually, not overnight. 

By working collaboratively with clients, Emily helps them clarify their goals, overcome barriers, and recognize their own capacity for growth. Whether goals feel big or small, her role is to guide, support, and empower clients to create realistic, sustainable habits that lead to long-term well-being—no matter their current stage of life.
